Every individual has a distinctive way on perceiving or reacting on certain things in life. Hence, each personality is distinctive, it is also important to know that there is no model for perfect or ideal personality. Specifically, each person has a combination of positive and negative traits. On the other hand, if the person is showing unfavorable traits like being aloof with other people, obsession, anger, depression and inflexible thoughts most of the time.  But how borderline personality disorder can be diagnosed?  It can be done through a borderline personality disorder test.  This test is particularly designed to determine the type or severity of borderline personality disorder.

A personality disorder could be considered as a condition, wherein a person has a difficulty living a normal social life. Included in the disorder type under this category may have paranoid personality disorder usually have emotional detachment, hostility, suspicion and distrust; schizoid personality disorder, people with limited expressions emotionally towards others.

Cluster B: These are person who are behaving over dramatic. They tend to spend most of their time thinking on behavior and emotion. Included in the type of personality disorder under this category are antisocial sociopathic disorder, which has the behavior of aggression, lying, violating laws; borderline personality disorder, fear of being alone, unstable mood

Cluster C: This is type of personality disorder, wherein the person always has constant fearful thinking and anxiety. Some of the disorders under this cluster are avoidant personality disorder, dependent personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder

Lastly, test for borderline personality disorder compost of questions that can be ask to the patient repetitively. Then the result of the overall result of BPD test can determine the exact severity or type of personality disorder that the person has.
